War of the Words - Blogger in Need
I am passing this on - not as a financial request but as a request to support this blogger.

Why? Because if this company takes this to court .. OUR tax dollars are wasted to pay a court audience to sort out this war of the words. Vlad Zablotskyy will have to pay huge amounts of money just to defend himself (no matter if he is right or wrong.) And for every case that makes it this far gives the next internet bully jerk off the balls to get some legal dope of a lawyer to make it all spiffy on paper… it just might be you next time you don’t have the “popular” opinion or share a negative consumer experience on your blog posts.
I support Vlad Zablotskyy and his decision to speak out against ePerks. As you all know I am tired of companies out here thinking they own the internet. I’ve had my own threats recently .. (see the below post).
If we start letting the court systems control the information highway - we will soon find that using the web will become a privilege just as the real highway has become an expensive privilege and means of control.
