The Daffodils of Ohio Valley

The yellow flowers open their bells around Easter every year. The blossoms are a sure sign that spring is underway. My second spring on the farm. Last year I noticed the daffodils bright yellow color dribbled across the farm, but I gave them little thought or attention.

This year they really grabbed my attention.  Upon closer inspection I was amazed to find 6 different varieties in my back yard. I never knew there were different varieties. To think they were here last year and I was oblivious - really makes me wonder how much more this farm will give me - if I only look for it.
