These people will call you from a link they grab online or when you just put up your site.  They will continue to call and call as new sales people are hired, they comb the internet and prey upon people’s dreams and aspirations.  They will tell you your site does not come up, they will tell you they can get you on the first page of the search engine under competitive listings such as “Make Money Online”

BEWARE OF FRAUD! They have taken people I know for amounts of $1500-$4000 with false promises and no refunds.  They are a Nevada Corporation which basically makes it impossible to penetrate the shield of the corporation and go after them for your losses.  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME, HANG UP ON THEM, BE RUDE, TELL THEM TO GO FLY A KITE AND DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO SUCKER YOU INTO THEIR DEMO THAT MAKES IT APPEAR LIKE YOU CAN TRUST THEM YOU CANNOT!!!!

Ok let me give you a little background about the bullshit this company has put me through. They just can’t leave me alone. If they did, I wouldn’t be aggravated and writing this tonight. I was threatened again tonight by FirstWebSearch for a post I made about them being a scam. Yes I called them a scam - and they just keep reminding me over and over what a scam they are… I wanted to forget this embarrassing business transaction that was played out against my emotion and desperation to start a new home business project. They can’t seem to let me forget it, so let’s reminisce shall we?

I received a new letter in the mail from FirstWebSearch (the SEO company that cold calls people with the “You’re not in Google -  we can help” pitch).

This time they are requesting my balance paid in full. Paper looks like what any credit negotiation template would look like. They are asking for some insanely huge amount in the thousands -  with a nasty little threat about being turned over to a collection agency by yada yada date…. How can they make up a number and say you owe it? Oh my my .. they have spent more trying to bully me out of money then they could have made delivering any part of what they promised.

Well I hope you read this FirstWebSearch .. and I know your so vein that you get Google Alerts on your own name .. I refuse to talk to your staff members anymore via phone. I have no patience left  to be insulted, called names or threatened by your staff members.

If you want to resolve it .. use that little contact button above and tell me how you can make your harassment justified, starting with:

• your poorly trained order taker who screwed up the first transaction and withdrew an unauthorized amount of funds from my bank account above the agreed amount,
• her refusal to return funds from day 1 as requested,
• the outright lies I was told that site design would be done within a week - and was not yet started by week 3,
• the incompetent staff members who did not return calls or return paperwork on project dates,
• or the one and only time I allowed staff in my website, they did an hour worth of work that had unmeasurable damage by keyword stuffing and header manipulation that destroyed the css and was done live on a google sitemaps already functioning - which was a pingy mess…,
• the nerve to send me more email invoices demanding even more money with nothing completed other then the above disaster,
• the fight someone at your company put up against me for when I involved my bank to help me recover funds,
• the time I had to spend with the fraud recovery services investigator,
• the aggravating phone calls I got every day through that whole ordeal from your telemarketers trying to sell me another package,
• The threatening phone calls I have received from staff demanding I take down my blog post calling them a SCAM SEO COMPANY,
• OR could it be from the letters you are now sending me that threatens to ruin my credit if I don’t pay your imaginary account balance off in full for an amount over 3 grand???

This about sums it up .. I would have never brought this up but you guys just wont let a sleeping dog lay will you. Some times it is more cost effective to not harass your ex-clients that were not satisfied with your performance. But sense you insist on this constant harassment - I can’t seem to forget you and now hope this example will save someone else from what I have been through!

More time lost to the SEO Company - FirstWebSearch.

Now I am getting harassed by an external collection agency for a made up amount.

I called them. They needed to know this account had already been through a fraud investigation with my bank and the account closed from breech of contract on both parties. They didn’t do anything they said they would and I already got my money back. It was a shame to have gotten that far, and that is where it should have ended.

But no, a new letter in the mail claims I owe $2084.19 (pull that number out of a hat did they?)

The collection company is - Transworld Systems Inc out if Michigan. I talked to a Charless Upina who claimed becouse I DID authorize the $400 at the begining of my contract with FirstWebSearch .. it didn’t matter that they stole $1000, it didn’t matter that they did not do anything for me that they promised to, it didn’t matter that I had to go through the banks legal channels to get my stolen money back .. Mr Upina told me that I entered a contract and I was just trying to NOT PAY.

Well HELL NO I am not going to pay for something I never got. He got very rude and told me my (made up) balance was due in 7 days then he hung up on me.

I called the fraud investigator who handled the account before and she gave me some advice on what to do about it. I can’t discuss it here or now - but I will update the outcomes down the road - as more of my time is wasted fighting this internet bully.

All I want - is to FORGET about this. It is extremely embarrassing that I allowed myself to get “took” to begin with and they keep pouring salt in my wound!
