    At Make1c.com I worked closely with Owner Mike Blair and 5 others on the administrative team to seek out, research, and reference online promotional opportunities. Once found, these resources were manually added into the database to be made available to a membership base of over 4,000 persons. Bi-weekly meetings were held to discuss progress and brainstorm for new developments. General maintenance of checking URL’s for integrity was performed regularly. I also performed live help support via software online.

    While with Corecom I serviced local ISP account holders and provided technical assistance from accounts I established from prior companies. Corecom bought out Voyager.net and my services were no longer needed as large call centers took over these accounts.

As a field representative I helped new customers understand what was needed to service them with internet service and how to use the service once it was connected. 75% of support during this time was in the home with the customers equipment.
